Quick & Easy Spaghetti Squash

Attention Spaghetti Squash lovers and soon to be lovers-- there is a MUCH easier way to bake, pull and enjoy this golden gem of fall. The most common method people use is cutting it in half, clean, and placing face down on parchment paper. This takes about an hour to bake and leaves you with short, sometimes gummy "noodles". Try this method next time you whip up a batch!  I promise you'll love the results

Preheat oven to 425*

Cut the squash into rings

Clean out seeds and discard

Like baking sheet with parchment paper

Place rings on parchment paper and sprinkle with Sea Salt on both sides

Bake for 35 mins

Let cool 3-4 mins then using a fork, start with the interior of the ring and gently pull towards the center.  Repeat this until all flesh has been removed

This easy and quick technique saves baking time and also enables you to enjoy every bit of squash as well and get more spaghetti like length noodles.

Enjoy!
