We were so excited to have Jenna Fail in the studio with us! Jenna is in St. Louis occasionally for jam-packed work trips so we were thrilled to get to spend some time chatting about fitness, where she finds motivation and how she maintains a healthy lifestyle.
Jenna is a diet and fitness coach who helped over 1,500 people get healthy in 2016 through the 1st Phorm Transphormation Challenge. She has gone through several stages of fitness from starting out as "the girl in the corner on the treadmill" to figure competitor to balancing a healthy lifestyle and career.
We asked Jenna, what is it that the most successful people (in achieving a healthy lifestyle) do? Her response is consistency. Health doesn't happen over night- it takes consistency!
