Here are a few of the tips from the show!
-If you have a new Crockpot, test it out while at home to learn if it cooks foods faster or slower than expected.
-A good rule of thumb is to cook food on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
-If you are cooking something that won't naturally juice (like potatoes), add about 1 to 2 inches of water in the bottom so the skins don't burn. Plus the water will absorb to help retain moisture.
